if there is an issue with your item(s), please notify me as soon as you've received your order with a description & photo of the issue/damage.
all pieces are carefully packaged to ensure their safety during transit. I am not responsible for the actions of the employees of the post office/delivery companies & will only compensate if the damage or defect incurred is something I missed or due to negligence on my part.
an order may only be cancelled before it has been shipped. please allow 1-3 business days between purchase & shipping, and 3-6 weeks for standard delivery. expedited shipping is available at 5-10 business days.please note some countries may take longer to receive packages coming from Jamaica, and once the item leaves it is beyond my control when it arrives. I apologize in advance for any unforeseen delays & thank you for your patience. some countries such as the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom do not accept or recognize standard tracking numbers from Jamaica. due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns for:

- perishable products
- digital downloads
- intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
